This is so beautiful. I've just begun nature journaling and sketching (after a lifetime of telling myself "I can't draw") and am having a hard time dragging myself away from my sketchbook. I just signed up for your course- very excited to be joining you ❤️ Happy New Year!

Woo hoo! I love that, a "motley zoo" (after being a headbanger in the 80's and 90's, ha!)

Your art is incredible! And you’ve made me realize that I should really pay better attention to the bords that cross my path. I often take a quick glance and think they are one of the often-seen ones but now I’m wondering how many times I’ve actually spotted hidden gems.

Oh, I so appreciate your kind words, thank you Monique! It is such a gift to be present and notice those little gifts, those hidden gems, isn't it!

Yes to feelings! I no longer do a ‘word of the year,’ but if someone asks me my word, I will say ‘purposeful.’ For me, ‘purposeful’ is a feeling I could never capture in one word. But then, that’s not the point -- it’s for you and me to know what our feelings are, to be with them, to enjoy them. For them to guide and be our companions this year. I am both already there and looking forward to it ✨ Happy new day, Natalie
