Your first invitation of this month are for pondering, wondering, holding palaver with your wild heart, and grounding into a slow contemplation that will help your roots grow compassionately and deep. Open a conversation with the wild, and hold expansive space for your humanity.
If you want to share some of your musings or writing in the comments, we would all love to witness you. If you are a writer, and the invitations spark a blog post or Substack, please share it with us too - I would love to share and celebrate you!
Your anchor word/s
Choose a word (or two or three) from the list below (or bring your own word that is calling to you), and use this as your 'anchor' for the month.
Maybe write it on a post it note and stick it somewhere prominent so you find connection with, and via, it.
Think about how you can embody the word in your wild-hearted work this month, how you can incorporate it into your journaling, how you can confirm and materialise it in your everyday life.
Think about what it means to you in terms of all of your senses - how does it look, taste, smell, sound, feel?
How does it work with the life you live now?
How can it inspire your ideal, wild life that you are walking towards?

Mantra / Affirmation:
I inhale and exhale. I unfurl and fall in love with possibility.

Journalling/thought invitation:
What does creativity mean to you?
Does it entwine with what connection to nature means to you? How?
Consider how you are recreating yourself on a cellular level every moment of every day - you are inherently creative (do not listen to anyone who has ever told you otherwise).
Creativity means different things to different people. I encourage you not to put boundaries on this word. Think expansively. Write down all the little ways you have been creative in the last 48 hours without even thinking about it.
What if you were able to bring more of the wild, nature, into your creativity - what would that look like? How would that feel?
Imaginal invitation:
Like the oldest tree with deepest roots, I release what doesn’t serve me, and embrace growth and regeneration.
Close your eyes. Picture a tree that feels wild and sacred to you - it could be a tree you know personally, or one from a holiday, or one you have seen in pictures or film but not in real life. Take your time and really look at this tree - see all of her details. Now, become that tree. Imagine deep and strong roots extending from your feet into the ground. Feel the strength of your trunk, resilient, deeply grounded. Roll your shoulders and spread your arms wide as you unfurl your branches. Open your fingers wide and imagine they are leaves, soft and moving slightly in an unseen breeze. Keep your neck soft and with your eyes still closed turn your face to the sky (even if you are indoors) and feel how open you are to this life giving source, how connected you are to both land and sky. Stay in your tree form for as long as you would like. Sway or move as though caught in the elements, but know that you are always grounded, you are always strong and resilient in your core, you are always wild.
This has been a lot to absorb so I came back to it today and wrote down the questions... I will answer them later.
